Introduction for Stainless Vacuum Insulated Tumbler Vacuum Marinating Machine:
1. Load capacity of the tumbler: When the tumbler is rotating, if there is too much meat in the barrel, the rotation will be greatly affected, and the stirring will be uneven. If the amount of meat in the barrel is too small, it will cause Excessive tumbling will damage the meat and increase the consumption cost. We recommend about 60% of the full drum load, and the tumbler will float up and down by 5%, depending on the density of the meat.
2. Intermittent time of tumbling: In the production process of tumbling, continuous tumbling is unnecessary and laborious. It is usually recommended to roll and knead for 20 minutes and rest between 5-10 minutes.
3. Rolling and kneading time: The total rolling and kneading time is very important to the uniformity and standardization of the product. Once a program is adopted that produces a standardized product, this program or tumble cycle should remain the same.
